There is a new Cajun spot for Kingwood residents to try! Crecia’s Kitchen celebrated their grand opening just last week and is now ready to serve delicious meals to the community. This is a Cajun-Asian restaurant that offers fried and boiled seafood combinations, wings, po-boys, Vietnamese noodle soups called pho and fried rice. Crecia’s Kitchen’s unique fusion of flavors is what keeps diners coming back for more.
Young dancers in Kingwood now have a chance to be a Kingwood Park Silver Star on October 12!
The Silver Stars Parent Organization have put together a dance clinic to meet the community and teach the future Silver Stars some technique and choreography used by team. Dancers will also learn how to stretch, turn and leap just like the Silver Stars. Consider this the cheat sheet to increase the chances of making it into this nationally awarded team!

Yesterday, board members of the Royal Brook Community Foundation, a 501(c)4 not-for-profit entity, which serves as the charitable arm of Kingwood at Royal Brook, met with the Kingwood Division of the Houston Police Department to donate a new grill, refrigerator, paint, and seating for their lobby area.
The board members used funds to support a local endeavor, and they believed the Houston Police Dept. in Kingwood was an ideal fit for the Foundation and its mission.
