Card making class offered third Tuesday of each month
Card-making ladies filled the classroom at the Kingwood Community Center on April 15. The women created eight cards in the colors of spring. Cooperation, helping, talking and laughing were in order for the class. Punched shapes, backgrounds, ribbon and a sample card were provided. The class is held on the third Tuesday of each month. Because of the large response to the card-making class, two sessions are now held, one from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and one from 1-3 p.m. The cost for the class is $7 to cover the cost of materials. To ensure that there are enough materials for everyone, registration is required. Contact Lynn Gajdosik, instructor for the class, at 281-360-6792 or the Community Center for more information or to register for the class.
