Luxury Patio Homes Make Their Debut in Royal Brook Kingwood
Friendswood Development Company has added luxury patio homes to its impressive new-home selection in Royal Brook at Kingwood.
Now open are new models by Trendmaker Homes and Village Builders in one of the newest sections of Royal Brook, located at Lake Houston Parkway and Mills Branch Road in the heart of Kingwood.
Built on 55- and 65-foot home sites, the new collections of patio homes offer features such as open living spaces, spacious formal dining rooms, luxury master suites, abundant storage and options for second-story game rooms, media rooms or additional bedrooms. Visitors will also notice attention to detail throughout the homes that include walls of windows that maximize views of the forested surrounds, well-appointed kitchens and features such as beamed ceilings, granite countertops and the latest in smart-home automation.
The new designs are a highly anticipated addition to Royal Brook at Kingwood, and are already earning the attention of home shoppers and Realtors.

The Norman is one of 10 new Village Builders Champions Patio designs now available in Royal Brook at Kingwood on home sites that average 55 feet in width. The homes are priced from the $330,000s and range in size from 2,231 to 2,626 square feet.
With 2,439 square feet, the Norman design features two bedrooms, a study with French doors and a beamed ceiling, 2 ½ baths, and an island kitchen with a breakfast nook that is open the family room with a corner fireplace. The large private master suite includes a luxury bath and walk-in closet that also has access to the home’s utility room, a large outdoor living area and the optional second-floor attic storage.

Trendmaker’s newly opened model is one of seven new designs on 65-foot home sites in its Villas at Royal Brook collection. The large one-story home showcases a flexible design, unique architectural details and an expansive outdoor living area.
